Studio Mauve is a full-service interior design firm based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We specialize in creating thoughtful interior design solutions for both residential and commercial environments.

There’s something incredibly wonderful that happens when volume and architecture are layered with light, colour, texture, pattern, and object to create a soulful interior that moves you. The blending of these elements forms something that is truly special- something that is greater than the sum of its parts. This concept embodies our philosophy that design should extend beyond aesthetics, ensuring that all projects elicit emotion and foster a deep sense of connection and comfort.

Meet the Team

  • Founder & Interior Designer

    B.Env.D, M.I.D, PIDIM Prov.

    I believe that architecture and design serve as powerful means to express people’s unique stories and identities, as well as influence our experiences and well-being. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, rooted in residential renovations, landscaping and real estate, my passion for construction and design developed from a young age. My Master’s of Interior Design thesis, titled “Community, Conversation and Tourism: Safeguarding French-Speaking Red River Métis Cultural Heritage Through Hospitality Design” allowed me to reconnect with my roots as a Francophone Red River Métis woman. Since 2018, I’ve been actively working in the Winnipeg design industry, focusing on residential and commercial spaces. My truest passion is the art of empathetic space planning - immersing myself in the user’s perspective to create functional and captivating spaces.

    When I’m not engaged in the world of design or entrepreneurship, you'll likely catch me browsing real estate listings on realtor.ca, sipping coffee with a book in hand, dipping my pizza in an abundance of ranch, teeing off on the golf course, or embracing winter activities. I thrive on participating in and planning events, and taking on new projects and hobbies—I’m a natural busy bee. My heart is happiest when grooving to some good tunes, surrounded by good company. However, I equally enjoy slow, peaceful moments with my husband Miguel and our big, affectionate dog, Maggie.
